a) users (buyers) can send operation and maintenance personnel to our factory for training;
b) buyer may send personnel to BMS for equipment installation and test run. In case of failure of any Machine within the period of three guarantees (two years), BMS will eliminate the failure upon the buyer's request; BMS will notify all of its buyers of any upgrades and significant product improvements.BMS will provide equipment modifications at their cost.
